Internal components of chemical reactors (such as stirring paddles and baffles) are prone to corrosion damage due to long-term contact with strong acid and alkali media. Traditional stainless steel internal components have short service lives. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment uses corrosion-resistant materials such as Hastelloy and Monel alloy. The cladding layer improves acid and alkali corrosion resistance by 10 times, with a uniform thickness (0.3-2mm) that can cover all corroded areas of the internal components. Equipped with a reactor-specific repair platform, the equipment can enter the reactor for repair without disassembling the reactor, with a cladding efficiency of 300cm²/h.
