Automotive engine oil pan gaskets prevent engine oil leakage, requiring good sealing, high temperature resistance, and oil resistance, operating under high temperature (up to 150°C) and pressure. Traditional rubber gaskets have short service life, easy to age and leak, while mechanical fastening has gaps. DaokeDao laser welding provides a permanent sealing solution for PP and rubber gasket materials, forming a dense, oil-resistant weld, with leakage rate ≤0.005ml/min, ensuring no engine oil leakage. The weld has high temperature resistance, adapting to engine compartment high temperature, and good flexibility, adapting to engine vibration without cracking. The process is efficient, with no need for gasket replacement, reducing maintenance costs. The equipment supports large-size oil pan welding, cycle time 12-15 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of engine component suppliers, improving engine reliability and reducing maintenance frequency.
