Metallurgical roll, continuous casting roll, heavy machine guide rail and other parts are expensive, and bear heavy load, high temperature and wear. The DKD laser cladding technology is the core process for remanufacturing such components. The repaired roll has better abrasion resistance of cladding layer, which can effectively improve the surface quality of rolled plate and prolong the roll change period.
