The system supports graphical visual programming, offline programming and parameter one-key storage and calling. For conventional standard manifolds, mature parameter programs are preset in the system, which can be directly called without repeated debugging. For customized special-shaped manifolds, operators can complete track programming and parameter setting through simple dragging and input operations, with short debugging cycle and high efficiency. The control system runs stably with low failure rate, supports 24-hour continuous industrial operation, and has real-time data monitoring and fault alarm functions. It can record production data such as welding time, parameter settings and product quantity in real time, facilitating enterprises’ production management and quality traceability.
