Liquid cooling manifolds have complex and diverse structures, including multiple key welding positions such as inlet and outlet ports, end cover seals, internal partition plates, branch pipe joints and angle connectors. Ordinary welding equipment can only complete single linear or circular welding, which cannot adapt to multi-structure integrated processing of manifolds. DKD laser welding machine is equipped with 4-axis linkage motion control system, which can freely realize linear, circular, arc and three-dimensional spatial track welding. It can complete all welding processes of a single manifold in one clamping, covering all structural welding positions of standard and customized manifolds. Whether it is a simple straight-through single-channel manifold or a complex multi-branch three-dimensional layout manifold, the equipment can realize one-stop forming welding. The integrated processing mode avoids positioning errors and secondary clamping scratches caused by multiple transfers, ensures the overall structural precision of the manifold, and greatly improves the production efficiency of customized manifold products.
