Liquid cooling manifolds in different industries have differentiated wall thickness design standards according to working pressure, weight limit and service life requirements. DKD Automation’s laser welding machine realizes full-coverage welding of manifold wall thickness from 0.3mm ultra-thin wall to 5mm thick wall through adjustable laser power and variable spot technology. The ultra-thin wall welding mode is specially optimized for lightweight manifolds used in new energy vehicles and portable cooling equipment, ensuring no burn-through and minimal deformation. The thick wall welding mode is suitable for high-pressure resistant stainless steel manifolds used in industrial energy storage and large data center cooling systems, realizing full penetration welding and improving weld structural strength.
