The nozzle assembly of the steam turbine is prone to corrosion and wear under high-temperature and high-pressure steam erosion. The service life of traditional heat-resistant steel nozzle assemblies is only 2-3 years, and replacement requires dismantling the steam turbine, which is costly. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Stellite 6B cobalt based alloy powder to melt a 3mm wear-resistant and heat-resistant layer on the surface of the nozzle flow channel. The cladding layer has a high temperature resistance of up to 900 ℃, a high temperature hardness of HRC52-56, and a resistance to steam erosion that is 5 times higher than the original material. The application in a certain thermal power plant shows that the service life of the nozzle group after melting is extended to 8 years, the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine is improved by 1.5%, and the annual power generation of a single unit is increased by more than 10 million degrees. The precision flow channel melting technology of the equipment ensures that the aerodynamic performance of the nozzle is not affected.
