Liquid cooling manifolds work in a closed circulating liquid environment for a long time, and tiny pores and micro-cracks in welding seams will become potential leakage hazards, leading to system failure and equipment downtime. DKD Automation’s laser welding machine optimizes welding parameters and gas protection process for manifold sealing welding. The high-energy laser beam melts the base metal uniformly and forms dense metallurgical bonding. The whole welding process is carried out under stable inert gas protection, effectively isolating air and avoiding oxidation, pores and slag inclusion defects inside the weld. The welded seam is smooth and compact with uniform penetration, which can withstand long-term hydraulic impact and temperature cycle changes. After mass production verification, DKD welded manifolds can stably pass 1.6MPa 5-minute static pressure test and high-precision helium leakage detection, with the leakage rate as low as 10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s. This stable zero-leakage welding quality fully meets the strict quality standards of data center liquid cooling, automotive thermal management and industrial precision cooling equipment.
