Most liquid cooling manifolds for new energy vehicles and precision data center equipment adopt thin-wall design with wall thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 2mm, which puts forward extremely high requirements on welding heat control. Excessive heat input from traditional welding will directly cause thin-wall manifold warping, channel collapse and dimensional out-of-tolerance, leading to scrapped products. DKD laser welding technology realizes ultra-low heat input processing through focused high-energy laser beam instantaneous melting. The heat-affected zone is stably controlled within 0.5mm, and the overall deformation of the workpiece after welding is less than 0.02mm, basically realizing zero-deformation welding of thin-wall manifolds. There is no need for subsequent shaping, leveling and stress relief treatment, which simplifies the production process and shortens the production cycle. Whether it is ultra-thin aluminum alloy lightweight manifolds or thin-wall stainless steel corrosion-resistant manifolds, the equipment can maintain the flatness of the workpiece surface and the straightness of internal flow channels, ensuring that the manifold assembly size and flow performance fully meet the design standards.
