Chassis control arm housings protect internal components, requiring good sealing, high strength, and anti-vibration performance, adapting to road vibration and temperature changes. Traditional mechanical fastening has gaps, leading to debris and moisture intrusion, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding provides a reliable sealing solution for PP and ABS housings, forming a hermetic weld (IP65 rating), blocking debris and moisture. The weld has high strength (tensile strength ≥23MPa), resisting vibration and impact without cracking, and the heat-affected zone ≤0.3mm, avoiding material deformation. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of chassis component suppliers.
