Automotive exterior front grille main bodies enhance air intake and exterior aesthetics, requiring firm structure, weather resistance, and good air permeability, adapting to high-speed wind resistance and outdoor climate changes. Traditional mechanical fastening leaves gaps, leading to noise and debris intrusion, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding realizes firm connection of grille main bodies, suitable for PP and ABS materials, forming a continuous weld with shear strength ≥20MPa, withstanding high-speed wind pressure without loosening. The weld has excellent weather resistance, adapting to UV exposure and temperature changes without aging, and the grille structure remains intact, ensuring good air permeability. The equipment supports complex grille designs, cycle time 12-15 seconds per unit.
