Automotive interior sun visors block sunlight, requiring light weight, firm structure, and seamless appearance, adapting to cockpit temperature changes and frequent use. Traditional injection molding integration has high mold cost, while ultrasonic welding leaves visible weld marks. DaokeDao laser welding realizes seamless welding of sun visor housings, suitable for ABS and PP materials, with no visible weld marks, smooth surface, and lightweight design. The weld has high toughness, withstanding repeated folding (≥20,000 times) without cracking, and adapts to temperature changes (-30°C to 75°C) without deformation. The process is dust-free and low-noise, suitable for interior assembly workshops, no post-processing required. The equipment supports flexible production, cycle time 7-10 seconds per unit, helping automakers improve interior comfort.
