Automotive engine crankcase breather pipes vent crankcase gases, requiring good air tightness, high temperature resistance, and oil resistance, operating under high temperature (up to 140°C) and pressure. Traditional mechanical clamping has gaps, leading to gas leakage and oil contamination, while adhesive bonding degrades under oil exposure. DaokeDao laser welding is suitable for oil-resistant PP and PA materials, forming a hermetic weld with air leakage rate ≤0.05m³/h, ensuring stable gas venting. The weld has excellent chemical resistance, withstanding long-term oil and gas erosion, and the heat-affected zone ≤0.3mm, avoiding material deformation. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, production capacity 75 pieces per hour, helping automakers improve engine performance and reduce environmental pollution.
