Automotive seat headrest guide sleeves adjust headrest height, requiring high strength, wear resistance, and smooth operation, adapting to frequent adjustment and passenger weight. Traditional mechanical assembly has friction and wear, leading to jamming, while ultrasonic welding affects guide precision. DaokeDao laser welding realizes firm connection of guide sleeve housings, suitable for PA66-GF and ABS materials, forming a high-strength weld (tensile strength ≥24MPa) that withstands adjustment forces without deformation. The non-contact process avoids mechanical damage, ensuring smooth height adjustment. The weld has good wear resistance, withstanding repeated friction without cracking, and meets IP65 protection grade, blocking dust and debris. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 7-10 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of seat suppliers.
