Automotive engine coolant pipes transport coolant, requiring good sealing, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, operating under high temperature (up to 130°C) and pressure. Traditional mechanical clamping has gaps, leading to coolant leakage, while adhesive bonding degrades under high-temperature exposure. DaokeDao laser welding is suitable for high-temperature-resistant PP and PA materials, forming a hermetic weld with leakage rate ≤0.005ml/min, completely blocking coolant leakage. The weld has excellent chemical resistance, withstanding long-term coolant erosion, and the heat-affected zone ≤0.25mm, avoiding material deformation. The equipment supports large-size pipe welding, cycle time 10-13 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of engine component suppliers, improving coolant system reliability and reducing engine overheating risks.
