Automotive EV battery pack top cover seals require waterproof and impact-resistant welding to protect cells. Traditional seals leak and crack, endangering battery safety. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures seal durability. Suitable for PP and EPDM composite materials, the welds achieve IP68 waterproofing, blocking water intrusion. The welds have high impact resistance (Izod impact strength ≥50kJ/m²), withstanding top collisions. The 3D welding path adapts to the cover’s complex shape. Compliant with IEC 62133 standards, it integrates into automated battery assembly lines with a welding speed of 0.8m/min. It supports large top covers (up to 2000mm×1200mm), with stable weld quality across the entire surface. The welds resist road salts and corrosion. Daoke Dao supports new energy vehicle manufacturers.
