The weld has good chemical resistance, adapting to urine and test reagent erosion, no deformation. The process is cleanroom-compatible, no chemical residues, complying with clinical testing standards. The equipment supports high-volume production, cycle time 4-6 seconds per unit, production capacity 190 pieces per hour, helping IVD manufacturers improve test accuracy and reduce errors.
