Dental irrigator nozzles deliver high-pressure water for oral cleaning, requiring high precision, smooth internal surface, and biocompatibility, ensuring effective cleaning and no oral irritation. DaokeDao laser welding provides a smooth, burr-free welding scheme for medical-grade PC and PP materials, internal surface Ra ≤0.4μm, ensuring uniform high-pressure water flow. The weld has high strength, resisting water pressure (up to 0.5 bar) without cracking, and no sharp edges, avoiding oral mucosal irritation. The process is clean and residue-free, complying with dental device standards. The equipment supports miniaturized nozzle welding, cycle time 5-7 seconds per unit, production capacity 160 pieces per hour, helping dental device manufacturers improve product performance and user experience.
