Microfluidic chip inlet/outlet ports connect chips to fluid delivery systems, requiring ultra-high precision, no leakage, and no contamination, ensuring smooth fluid flow and accurate detection. Traditional assembly processes easily block micro-channels or generate particles, leading to chip failure. DaokeDao laser welding has ultra-high positioning accuracy (±0.002mm), with concentrated laser energy, heat-affected zone ≤0.15mm, completely avoiding micro-channel blockage. The process is suitable for medical-grade COC and PDMS materials, particle-free and residue-free, no sample contamination, complying with IVD cleanliness requirements. The weld has high air tightness, no fluid leakage, ensuring stable fluid flow. The equipment supports small-batch high-precision production, adapting to different chip designs, helping diagnostic manufacturers develop high-end microfluidic detection products.
