Respirator valves control air intake and exhaust, requiring air tightness, biocompatibility, and flexible operation, ensuring efficient ventilation and preventing air leakage. Traditional heat sealing has uneven welds, easy air leakage, reducing respiratory protection effect, while adhesive bonding has poor durability and may leach chemicals. DaokeDao laser welding provides a particle-free, airtight connection scheme for medical-grade PP and ABS materials, forming a smooth, dense weld with air leakage rate ≤0.005m³/h, ensuring stable air flow. The weld has good flexibility, adapting to valve opening and closing without cracking, and no burrs, avoiding irritation to respiratory mucosa. The process is clean and residue-free, complying with medical respiratory device standards, suitable for clinical and household respirators. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 5-7 seconds per unit, production capacity 170 pieces per hour, helping respirator manufacturers improve product performance and user safety.
