Traditional injection molding integration has high mold cost, while ultrasonic welding leaves visible weld marks. DaokeDao laser welding realizes seamless welding of armrest housings and soft foam components, suitable for ABS and TPE materials, with no visible weld marks, smooth surface, and comfortable touch. The weld has high toughness, withstanding repeated pressure without cracking, and adapts to temperature changes (-30°C to 75°C) without deformation. The process is dust-free and low-noise, suitable for interior assembly workshops, with no post-processing required. The equipment supports customized armrest designs, cycle time 9-12 seconds per unit, helping automakers improve interior comfort and refinement.
