Daokedao Laser Cladding Equipment: Adapting to High-Humidity Environments in Southeast Asia
Southeast Asia has a hot and humid climate, with high air humidity and frequent rain, which easily causes damage to the electrical system and laser components of laser cladding equipment. Daokedao has carried out targeted humidity-proof upgrades for its laser cladding equipment to adapt to the harsh environment in Southeast Asia. The equipment's electrical cabinet is equipped with a dehumidifier and a moisture-proof heating plate, which can automatically adjust the humidity inside the cabinet to below 60% RH, preventing moisture from damaging the electrical components. The laser source and optical fiber connector adopt IP67 waterproof and dustproof design, which can effectively resist the erosion of rainwater and humid air. In addition, the equipment's outer casing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which can avoid rusting caused by long-term exposure to humid air. Daokedao's laser cladding equipment has been widely used in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries, mainly for the maintenance of agricultural machinery, marine equipment and construction machinery. Local users feedback that the equipment has stable operation in high-humidity environments, with a failure rate of less than 1%. Daokedao also provides localized maintenance training for Southeast Asian users, helping them master the humidity-proof maintenance skills of the equipment.
