Windshield washer fluid reservoirs store washer fluid, ensuring clear visibility by cleaning the windshield. These reservoirs are exposed to temperature fluctuations (-40°C to 80°C), vibration, and washer fluid corrosion. Traditional assembly methods like mechanical fastening may loosen due to vibration, leading to fluid leakage. DaokeDao plastic laser welding creates leak-proof, chemical-resistant welds for reservoirs made of PP and PE. The non-contact process generates no burrs or debris that could clog washer fluid lines, ensuring smooth fluid flow. It achieves IP65 hermetic sealing, preventing fluid leakage and moisture intrusion. The heat-affected zone is limited to ≤0.4mm, maintaining the reservoir’s dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤±0.03mm). Our systems support high-volume production (up to 110 units/hour) with fast cycle times (6-9 seconds per unit), helping manufacturers reduce rejection rates and warranty claims. By ensuring reservoir reliability, DaokeDao laser welding helps automakers enhance driving visibility and safety.
