Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) are critical for driving safety, monitoring tire pressure (0.1-3.5bar) and temperature (-40°C to 80°C) to prevent tire blowouts. TPMS sensors are installed inside wheels, exposed to extreme conditions—high vibration (10-2000Hz), temperature fluctuations, rain, snow, and road debris. These sensors require stable, sealed structures to ensure reliable performance in these harsh environments. Traditional welding methods may not provide sufficient sealing or structural strength, leading to sensor failure and inaccurate pressure readings. DaokeDao plastic laser welding provides IP67-level hermetic sealing, effectively blocking moisture, dust, and road debris from entering the sensor housing.
