We select high performance fiber laser with excellent beam quality factor and uniform energy distribution, which provides basis for forming stable molten pool. The key optical path transmission system adopts all-optical fiber structure, with small energy loss and high stability. The coaxial powder feeding nozzle of the core is designed with precise hydrodynamics to ensure the concentration, symmetry and stability of powder flow, and the high concentricity with laser spot, which guarantees the high powder utilization rate and uniform coating. The precise motion control system (high-precision CNC or robot) ensures the precise execution of the scan path. In addition, our self-developed intelligent control software integrates rich process database and user-friendly operation interface, making programming and parameter setting of difficult tasks simple and reliable.
