The stator and rotor screws of oil field screw pumps are subjected to high pressure and medium erosion for a long time. Traditional welding repair can easily cause deformation of the screw teeth and uneven surface hardness. After repair, the pump displacement decreases by more than 20%, and the service life is only 3-6 months.

Daokedao laser cladding equipment optimizes the cladding scheme for screw pump screw structure. Using a dedicated thread trajectory planning system, the screw tooth profile is accurately replicated, and the tooth profile error after repair is ≤ 0.02mm.
