Laboratory centrifuge tube racks require stable welding to hold tubes during high-speed centrifugation. Traditional racks have loose welds, causing tube damage and sample loss. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes rack manufacturing. The equipment forms strong welds with a load-bearing capacity ≥5kg, ensuring tube stability at 10,000rpm. Suitable for PP/PC materials, the welds are smooth and sterile (ISO 13485 compliant), avoiding sample contamination. No dead corners facilitate cleaning. It supports racks of different tube capacities (12-96 tubes) with a welding speed of 2 racks per second. The automated operation improves batch consistency.
