The cement rotary kiln wheel belt supports the weight of the kiln body and transmits torque. Due to high temperature and rolling wear, the service life of traditional cast steel wheel belts is only 3-5 years, and replacement requires stopping the kiln for more than 1 month. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Cr20Ni10 high chromium nickel alloy powder to fuse a 6mm wear-resistant and heat-resistant layer on the tread surface of the tire. The high-temperature hardness of the cladding layer reaches HRC45 (600 ℃), and its fatigue wear resistance is three times higher than that of the original tire. The bonding strength exceeds 400MPa. According to application data from a certain cement plant, the service life of the wheel belt after melting has been extended to 10 years, the annual maintenance time of the kiln has been reduced by 80%, and the annual production capacity of a single rotary kiln has increased by more than 50000 tons. The on-site melting technology for large parts of the equipment has solved the problem of the wheel belt being unable to be disassembled.
