Medical oxygen mask valves require air-tight welding and precise breathability to ensure oxygen delivery. Traditional valves have poor sealing and unstable air flow, affecting patient oxygen supply. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes valve performance. The equipment forms dense welds with an air leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁶ m³/h, meeting ISO 13485 standards. Suitable for medical-grade PE and silicone composites, the welds maintain the valve’s breathable membrane integrity, ensuring stable oxygen flow (5-10L/min). The low-heat process avoids membrane damage. Equipped with visual monitoring, it ensures consistent valve assembly quality. It supports different mask sizes (adult/pediatric), with a welding speed of 10 valves per second. The welds are compatible with disinfectants, ensuring repeated use safety.
