Automotive EV charging gun cable sheaths need wear-resistant and waterproof welding to withstand outdoor use. Traditional sheaths easily crack and leak, endangering charging safety. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures sheath durability. Optimized for TPU and PVC materials, the welds have high wear resistance (abrasion loss ≤0.05g/1000 cycles) and IP67 waterproofing. The flexible welding path adapts to the cable’s curved structure, avoiding stress concentration. The low-heat process maintains material flexibility, preventing brittle fracture. Compliant with EV charging equipment standards, the equipment supports sheaths of different cable diameters (10-25mm). It integrates into automated cable assembly lines, with a welding speed of 1m/min. The welds resist UV radiation and temperature cycles (-30°C to 80°C).
