Laboratory centrifuge tube caps require sterile and leak-proof welding to protect samples during centrifugation. Traditional caps leak, causing sample loss and cross-contamination. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures cap integrity. The equipment forms hermetic welds with a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁸ mbar·L/s, meeting ISO 13485 standards. Suitable for PP and PE materials, the welds are sterile and resist centrifugal force (up to 15,000rpm). The low-heat process avoids cap deformation. It supports tube sizes (1.5-50ml) with a welding speed of 8 caps per second. The automated operation improves batch consistency. The welds are easy to open, ensuring sample access.
