The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Ni Cr Mo nickel based alloy powder to repair worn bearing positions. By laser cladding, the size is restored, and the hardness of the cladding layer is HRC50-55, with a bonding strength of over 380MPa and a matching accuracy of H7/k6. A case study of a certain wind farm shows that repairing the main shaft of a 2MW wind turbine cost only 50000 yuan and took 2 days. After repair, the operating temperature of the bearing decreased by 10 ℃, and it operated stably for 3 years without any faults. The equipment's on-site melting vehicle is suitable for outdoor operations.
