The chemical stirring shaft is stirred in acidic and alkaline solutions, and is susceptible to corrosion and medium erosion. The service life of traditional 316L stainless steel shafts is only 6-12 months. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Hastelloy C nickel based alloy powder to melt a 2.5mm anti-corrosion and wear-resistant layer on the surface of the stirring shaft.
