The rotor and stator of the oil field screw pump are used to transport crude oil, which is subject to wear from sand particles and corrosion from crude oil. The service life of traditional stainless steel rotors is only 3-6 months. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Ni60B nickel based alloy powder to deposit a 2mm wear-resistant and anti-corrosion layer on the spiral surface of the rotor. The hardness of the cladding layer is HRC55-60, and it has excellent resistance to crude oil corrosion. When combined with the stator rubber, the wear is reduced by 80%.
