Aircraft engine turbine shafts transmit high-temperature and high-pressure power, which is prone to fatigue cracks and wear on the shaft shoulders. Traditional repair techniques are difficult to ensure performance. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses TC11 titanium alloy powder to repair the damaged parts of the turbine shaft. Through triple protection with inert gas and pulsed laser cladding, the tensile strength of the cladding layer reaches 1000MPa, the fatigue life reaches 95% of the original product, and there is no significant increase in weight.
