The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Ni Cr Mo nickel based alloy powder to perform precise cladding on the surface of tapered holes. Through five axis linkage fusion and taper detection closed-loop control, the cone hole taper error after fusion is ≤ 0.002mm/100mm, the surface roughness Ra is ≤ 0.4 μ m, and the hardness is HRC50-55. A case study of a precision machinery factory shows that repairing a machining center spindle cost only 25000 yuan and took 2 days. After repair, the spindle machining accuracy was restored to within 0.005mm, and the equipment's micro cladding technology avoided spindle thermal deformation.
