The cement vertical grinding roller is washed away by cement clinker, and the traditional surfacing grinding roller has a service life of only 6 months. One surfacing requires a 48 hour shutdown, and the annual maintenance cost of a single vertical grinding machine exceeds 2 million yuan. Daokedao adopts dual laser head synchronous melting technology to melt high chromium cast iron coating, extending the grinding roller life to 18 months and shortening the repair time to 12 hours. After the application in a cement plant in Türkiye, the annual repair times of grinding rollers were reduced from 2 to 0.7 times, the downtime was reduced by 72 hours, and 21000 tons of cement were produced, with an increase of more than 300000 dollars. The coating uniformity reaches 98%, the smooth operation of the grinding roller is improved, the vertical mill vibration value is reduced from 4.5mm/s to 2.0mm/s, and the cement fineness qualification rate is increased by 8%.
