The grate of a garbage incinerator needs to withstand the erosion and corrosion of high-temperature incineration slag. The service life of a traditional heat-resistant steel grate is only 6-8 months, and replacement requires a 7-10 day shutdown, resulting in significant losses. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Fe-B-Cr high boron cast iron powder to melt a 5mm wear-resistant and heat-resistant layer on the surface of the grate. The high-temperature hardness of the cladding layer reaches HRC50 (800 ℃), and the boride containing hard phase has excellent slag corrosion resistance, with oxidation resistance four times higher than the original material. According to application data from a waste incineration power plant, the service life of the grate after melting has been extended to 24 months, and the annual maintenance frequency has been reduced from 2 to 1. The annual loss reduction of a single incineration line exceeds 5 million yuan. The high-temperature preheating and cladding technology of the equipment avoids cracking during grate cladding.
