The deep loosening machine's blade tip encounters hard soil layers and gravel. Traditional 65Mn steel blade tips have an average service life of only 20-30 hours, requiring frequent shutdowns and replacements during peak farming seasons. Daokedaotong's automated laser cladding equipment uses Ni60+20%SiC composite powder to apply a 3mm-thick strengthening layer on the blade tip working area. The cladding layer achieves a hardness of HRC62-67, with silicon carbide hard phase providing wear resistance 6 times greater than the original material, and a bonding strength exceeding 380MPa. Application results from a state-owned farm show that post-cladding blade tips extend service life to 180 hours, saving over 12,000 yuan per deep loosening machine annually in blade tip costs. The equipment's fully automated powder feeding closed-loop control technology ensures thickness deviation ≤0.1mm for 200-piece batch blade tip cladding, meeting the bulk maintenance needs of agricultural machinery.
