The heat transfer tubes of nuclear power evaporators operate in high-temperature and high-pressure water environments for a long time, which is prone to corrosion and thinning. The cost of replacing a single heat transfer tube exceeds 100000 yuan. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Inconel 690 nickel based alloy powder to perform local cladding repair on the thinning area. The cladding layer has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, with a thickness accuracy controlled within ± 0.1mm. After repair, the thermal conductivity of the heat pipe remains unchanged. A case study of a nuclear power plant shows that the cost of repairing a heat transfer tube is only 20000 yuan, with a 100% repair qualification rate, and the equipment's nuclear grade cladding quality control system meets nuclear safety standards.
