The nozzle of the hot runner mold is subjected to high temperatures (200-300 ℃) and molten material erosion for a long time, resulting in material leakage due to wear and frequent shutdown for cleaning. Daokedao adopts high-temperature wear-resistant alloy cladding technology, using Ni-Cr-Si-B alloy powder. The thickness of the nozzle cladding layer is 0.2mm, and the hardness is HRC55 at 300 ℃. The erosion resistance is improved by three times, and the nozzle size tolerance is ± 0.01mm, reducing the leakage rate to zero. The repair cost of the Φ 15mm nozzle is 500 yuan, saving 1500 yuan compared to the new nozzle, and extending the lifespan from 6 months to 20 months. After application in a certain injection molding factory, the downtime caused by hot runner leakage has been reduced from 10 hours per month to 0.5 hours, the loss of raw materials has been reduced by 90%, and the defect rate of product surface shortage has been reduced from 8% to 0.3%. It is compatible with plastic hot runner molds such as PP, ABS, PC, and supports nozzle repair of different specifications.
