The wear of the reamer causes the aperture to expand by 0.01-0.03mm, exceeding the tolerance range. Traditional grinding will further enlarge the aperture. Daokedao uses laser cladding to reduce the aperture and repair the cutting edge, using hard alloy powder with a spot diameter of 0.05mm and aperture accuracy controlled within ± 0.005mm. The sharpness of the cutting edge is restored to the level of a new blade. The repair cost of a 10mm reamer is 200 yuan, which saves 800 yuan compared to a new reamer. After repair, the accuracy of the reaming hole reaches H7 level, and the surface roughness is Ra0.4 μ m. After application in a certain precision machinery factory, the out of tolerance rate of reaming holes has been reduced from 18% to 0.8%, saving 60000 yuan in annual cost of reaming tools. It is suitable for reaming holes made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials, and supports different types of reaming tool repairs such as straight grooves and spiral grooves. The equipment has built-in aperture repair parameters, which can quickly adjust the cladding thickness.
