Daokedao adopts PTFE+silicon carbide composite melting technology, reducing the friction coefficient of the screw surface to 0.09, reducing material adhesion by 90%, and improving mixing uniformity by 25%. The coating hardness is HRC60-63, and the wear resistance is increased by three times. Four sets of process parameters are preset for materials with different viscosities. The equipment adopts a segmented melting and overall straightening process to ensure that the straightness error of the screw is ≤ 0.02mm/m.
