The rubber mold exhaust groove (width 0.1-0.3mm) is prone to blockage due to rubber adhesion, resulting in material shortage and bubbles in the product, with a scrap rate of over 15%. Daokedao adopts laser cladding to widen the exhaust groove and optimize the surface texture, using PTFE+ceramic composite powder. The surface friction coefficient is reduced to 0.07, the rubber adhesion is reduced by 90%, the width accuracy of the exhaust groove is controlled at ± 0.01mm, and the exhaust efficiency is improved by 50%. After repairing the Φ 200mm rubber mold in a certain rubber product factory, the defect rate of product shortage decreased from 20% to 1%, the bubble defect rate decreased from 18% to 0.8%, the pass rate increased to 99%, the mold cleaning cycle was extended from 2 times per shift to 1 time per shift, and the production efficiency of a single shift increased by 25%.
