The main shaft bushing of the crusher is severely worn under the impact of ore, with a gap of over 0.5mm leading to spindle vibration and a 20% decrease in crushing efficiency. Daokedao adopts Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy cladding technology, with a cladding layer thickness of 1.5mm on the inner wall of the liner, a hardness of HRC60-63, a 4-fold increase in wear resistance, an inner wall roundness error of ≤ 0.02mm, and a clearance control of 0.1-0.15mm with the main shaft. For the Φ 200mm liner, centrifugal cladding technology is used to ensure uniform coating, impact toughness ≥ 15J/cm ², and can withstand ore impact loads. After repair, the vibration value of the crusher decreased from 15mm/s to 3mm/s, the crushing efficiency was restored to the level of the new equipment, and the life of the lining was extended from 3 months to 12 months. After being applied in a certain mining enterprise, the daily production of a single crusher increased by 500 tons, the qualified rate of ore crushing particle size increased from 85% to 99%, and the annual cost of lining replacement was saved by 120000 yuan.
