The laser cladding of piston rods requires strict control of process parameters to ensure quality. Daokedao equipment recommends the optimal process for different materials (such as 45 steel, 40Cr, etc.) through an intelligent parameter library. Taking the 40 steel piston rod as an example: laser power of 2-4 kW, scanning speed of 5-12 mm/s, overlap rate of 40% -50%, preheating temperature of 150-200 ℃. The hardness of the nickel based alloy cladding layer obtained under these conditions is ≥ 520 HV, and it is metallurgically bonded to the substrate with high bonding strength, effectively avoiding the risk of peeling and increasing the service life of the repaired piston rod by 3-6 times.
