When the spindle speed of the high-speed motor reaches 10000rpm, bearing wear leads to dynamic balance failure, vibration values exceeding 10mm/s, and motor efficiency decreases by 15%. Daokedao adopts an integrated process of "micro melting+online dynamic balancing", using 42CrMo alloy powder. The thickness of the shaft neck melting layer is 0.15mm, the hardness is HRC58-62, and the roundness error is ≤ 0.003mm. During the repair process, the melting parameters are adjusted in real time through a dynamic monitoring system to ensure that the spindle dynamic balance accuracy reaches G1.0 level, and the vibration value is ≤ 2.5mm/s at a speed of 10000rpm. For the Φ 80mm high-speed spindle, the repair cycle is only 8 hours, the cost is 20% of the new shaft, and the service life reaches 90% of the new shaft. After application in a precision machinery factory, the motor efficiency increased from 82% to 97%, the surface roughness of the machined parts decreased from Ra1.6 μ m to Ra0.8 μ m, and the scrap rate decreased from 12% to 0.8%. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed spindle dedicated positioning fixture to avoid secondary dynamic balance adjustment after repair, and is suitable for high-precision equipment spindle repair such as CNC milling machines and high-speed machining centers.
