EV battery pack bottom plates protect the battery from ground impact and debris, requiring high strength, impact resistance, and sealing performance, ensuring battery safety. Traditional mechanical fastening has gaps, leading to debris and moisture intrusion, while adhesive bonding degrades under impact. DaokeDao plastic laser welding provides a high-reliability sealing solution for flame-retardant PP and PA66-GF bottom plate materials, complying with EV battery safety standards. The laser forms a dense, continuous weld with tensile strength ≥29MPa, capable of withstanding ground impact without cracking. The hermetic seal (IP67 rating) blocks debris and moisture, protecting internal battery modules. The equipment supports large-size bottom plate welding, automated production, cycle time 12-15 seconds per unit, full parameter traceability, helping EV manufacturers improve battery pack safety and durability.
