The spindle of the centrifuge rotates at high speed (above 3000rpm), and the wear of the bearing position leads to excessive vibration and a decrease in separation efficiency. Daokedao adopts 40CrNiMoA alloy powder cladding, with a coating substrate bonding strength of 650MPa and a hardness of HRC55-58, meeting the requirements of high-speed working conditions. During the repair process, synchronous dynamic balance detection was carried out. After the spindle repair, the vibration value was ≤ 2.0mm/s at a speed of 3000rpm, which meets the GB/T 10894 centrifuge standard. The equipment is equipped with a large spindle support fixture, suitable for different specifications of centrifuge spindles from Φ 200 to Φ 600mm. The repair cycle for a single spindle is 24 hours. After being applied in a certain chemical enterprise, the separation efficiency of the centrifuge increased from 75% to 92%, and the service life reached 90% of the new shaft, which is suitable for centrifuge operation and maintenance in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical.
