The temperature of racing brake discs can reach 800-1000 ℃ during intense braking, which is prone to thermal degradation and cracking. Traditional brake discs are difficult to meet the requirements. Daokedao adopts Ni-Cr-Al-Y high-temperature alloy cladding technology to form a 2mm thick coating on the friction surface of the brake disc. The hardness still reaches HRC45 at 800 ℃, and the high-temperature oxidation resistance is excellent. Through thermal shock testing, there were no cracks after 1000 cycles at 20 ℃ -800 ℃, and the friction coefficient remained stable at 0.4-0.45 at high temperatures. The reinforced racing car brake disc has a 10% increase in braking response speed and a 60% reduction in thermal degradation rate, making it a designated reinforcement solution for multiple racing teams. After a certain racing team used it, the wear of brake discs in a single race decreased by 70%, and there was no need to replace brake discs midway, resulting in a 3% improvement in race performance.
